Love for the Prophet Muhammed is a deeper kind of love, one that never decreases or can ever be replaced. It is source of strength and comfort when one is going through difficult times. It is this love which makes us yearn for Madinah, and it is this love which we would make us give everything in return for one hour of our life spent with him. We don't have that option, but what we do have is the seerah (life of the Prophet), which we can read and take comfort from and knowing that we have the perfect role model's life decribed in minute detail, we know that we need not look else where. This kind of love, is real love.

I like Madina tun nabi by Dawud Wharnsby, my favourite line from that is "I wish, I wish, I wish that I could climb into the past
and live with the Prophet in Madinah"
