This is a real quick dessert, ideal for unexpected guests. I made this last week but I never got round to taking a picture, as my camera wasn't charged. So here goes:
Ingredients
1 tin condensed milk
1 tub of fresh double cream
1 tin pineapple/mixed fruits
1 packet of coconut biscuits (or digestives)
1 lemon squeezed (optional)
Method:
1. In a bowl whisk cream until creamy.
2. Add condensed milk & whisk a little.
3. Grind the pineapple chunks fine and add to the mixture. Place in a bowl.
4. Place the bowl in the fridge.
5. When its time to serve, crush the biscuits either in a grinder or with a rolling pin and place over the above mixture.
